If your are seeking assistance with difficulties achieving personal or professional goals, stress symptoms, personal problems or conflicts with family, peers, friends, or colleagues/supervisors, my services may be very useful.  My practice provides psychotherapy and psychological evaluation services (including assessments for adult ADHD and substance abuse).  All services are provided in a respectful, culturally sensitive manner, with an emphasis on promoting practical solutions to complex problems.  Objective measures of progress and success consistently assess progress.

     I offer state-of-the-art psychological services & interventions, based on 30 years of clinical experience and training.    As a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), Clinical Fellow in the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy (AAMFT), National Health Service Psychologist (since 1993), along with membership in the Georgia Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association (APA), and the Systems-Centered Training & Research Institute (SCTRI), my practice ensures the highest ethical standards, offering evidence-based clinical approaches, consistently modified based on advances in the behavioral health field.  (See Curriculum Vitae in CREDENTIALS section).
      My specializations began with internship at The Dallas Child Guidance Clinic and Post-Doctorate Fellowship in Chemical Addiction at the Dallas VA Medical Center, followed by 20 years of clinical practice in independent practice and college counseling center services. My professional development continues with on-going specialized training as a Systems-Oriented Therapist (via 15 years of systematic training in the Systems-Centered® Therapy) and serving as faculty and clinical supervisor training doctoral interns and fellow professionals at a counseling center training site and at conferences all approved by  the American Psychological Association (APA).

      All fees are noted in POLICIES.  Superbills (Itemized Statements/Receipts) are provided for all patients at no cost, (used for tax purposes or for submitting to a Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts). For those utilziing insurance coverage, my practice provides complimentary electronic billing for in-network services and provides paperwork for out-of-network benefits. See the insurance section (under ABOUT) for procedures involving patient responsibilities regarding payments and billing to insurance companies.

To Schedule Initial Appointment:
1.  First call office @ 678.624.0930 ext. 16 and/or send e-mail through SCHEDULE APPT
2.  Next, Register in the practice by clicking to upper right menu tab "REGISTRATION" and completing the process of registering in the TherapyAppointment.com program.  If you are using insurance, be sure to obtain your deductible and co-pay fee.
3.  Download initial paperwork (short) under POLICIES/PAPERWORK and bring completed paperwork to initial session
4.  Arrive about 5 minutes early and complete the OQ-45 Questionnaire on my clipboard in reception area.  Each participant should independently complete one OQ-45.
